The training screen shows, you in a clear way, players' condition training focuses in the past weeks and players' contentment with the strain.

Players train for nearly entire season, with the exception of holiday seasons, recuperation or breaks prior to and after the match. For this reason, appropriate setting of training is a big influence on the players' contentment, their fitness and also (in a long run) - increase in attributes. All this has been provided in Training tab, where you can check graphs for players' contentment with the training, their fitness and focus of the training over the past few weeks.

Coaching has been divided into three sections: team training, individual training and match preparation training. The first one involves preparing the entire team, individual training focuses on individual players and it trains, e.g. new techniques or prepares the player for playing on a different position. match preparation training yields temporary effects and it is used to exercise a given aspect before a match with a specific opponent.

Benefits

Appropriate adjustment of training lets you attain measurable benefits. They can be divided into ones that you attain quickly and those, whose obtaining is a long-winded process and you can feel them after several weeks/months. First of all, training allows you to raise players' contentment within a short period of time (if only they are not overloaded or under-coached), it raises the players' fitness, improves their familiarity with tactic and teamwork. match preparation training also contributes to a temporary increase in attributes, for the duration of the forthcoming match. In a long run, training ensures, predominantly, increase in attributes of players, which is especially important in the case of young, promising players. Appropriate training and gradually growing match experience let you forge future stars of your teams. In combination with individual training, you can ensure development of each of your players and foster specific properties, attributes and techniques most useful on the positions they play on.
