The assistant supplies you with information on the team, tactic and individual players on a regular basis.

If, on your team, there is an assistant, he will be preparing a report for you, for the duration of the match, where he relates the current situation and recommends some changes. First of all, pay attention to the messages that appear on the screen. The assistant usually provides you with them whenever there is something wrong going on. They may concern, e.g. losing the fight for overhead balls, or poor condition of one of the players. In such a case, the assistant immediately recommends changing formation, giving new instructions to the team or performing a substitution. You can take his advice and press the Change or the Introduce changes button. The better the assistant the more accurate his observations are, just like the substitutions he recommends.

The messages that you receive are not all the observations that the assistant makes. You can find a full report and the current team assessment in General view ? [assistant's name]: Opinion. There, you can read observations on individual players, tactic and the general attitude in the team.
