You will receive allied tribe weapons after conquering the first enemy outpost. The other tribe weapons available in Biomutant are obtained by conquering enemy tribes - you can fight them or persuade to surrender.

How to get new weapons?

Weapons in Biomutant can be obtained in several ways - found in containers, cabinets and chests, as rewards for completing quests, after defeating enemies, or through the extensive Crafting system.
