Medical - Clinic

The locked door is in one of the first rooms of the Medical deck. There's a flash drive with a New code message nearby. The full combination is written in the note. The code is always the same - 451.
More information can be found on a separate page Does code 0451 work?.
Medical - Armory

The locked Armory is on the southern side of the deck. The random combination is contained in the audio log Many Paths found in the northeast corridor. In the Armory, you will find free supplies, a Mod-Kit Station and a vending machine with ammunition.
Research Labs - Robot Maintenance doors

The locked room is in the southeast part of the map. You need to find the USB drive with a random code in the southwest part of the deck, next to the big button. Behind the door is a junction box that allows you to turn off the production of robots.
For more detailed instructions, go to What is the code for Robot Maintenance?.
Reactor - Safety Override Code

You can use the code in the Safety Override room on the west side of the Reactor. Entering it will allow you to disable the laser security (pull the lever) and destroy it later in the game.
The keyboard combination can be obtained on a separate board - Research Labs. In the Beta section, you must use the Cyberspace Terminal and destroy one of the blockades. When you exit cyberspace, the code will appear on one of the screens (it can be random - in our example it was 485).
Storage - Storage 9
Related map marker: Storage - Locked Storage 9 door @ Citadel Station
You can use the keyboard at the entrance to Storage 9 only after the Level Security drops to at least 20%. You need to find the room with Computer Nodes.
In Storage 9, you will find an Environmental Protection Pack V1, which protects against biological contamination. There's also a Mod-Kit Station here.
You will learn 2 parts of the code from various audio logs - Environmental Protection Packs in Storage 6 (picture 1) and Stashed Pack in Central (picture 2). You can guess the middle number by trial and error. The combination can be random and in our example it was 838.
Maintenance - Relay Analyzer
Related map marker: Maintenance - Relay Analyzer @ Citadel Station
The Relay Analyzer Terminal is in the north room. It is useful only in the further part of the game - after returning from the Groves and the Executive floor.
There's a Diagnostic Receptacle in the Repair Bay. You will learn that the subsystem's relay is damaged. Its number could be random and in our case it was 428. You can enter the received relay number on the keyboard and get information about it.
Executive - Casino
Related map marker: Executive - Casino Keypad @ Citadel Station
The closed doors are in the casino in the Beta section, in the southeast corner of the map. The obtained code was 1 out of 4 that could be read on the screens located next to the elevator traveling from the Maintenance. In our case, the correct code was 670, but it could be random.
Reactor - Self-destruct procedure
Related map marker: Reactor - Self-Destruct Keypad @ Citadel Station
The code of the self-destruct procedure consists of 6 digits and is completely random.
You need to visit decks #1 to #6 and on each of them find a room with computer nodes. When the nodes are destroyed, a digit will appear on the screen and this is a part of code (the picture shows an example with number 8) - write the digits on the sheet in the order starting with level 1 to level 6.
After collecting the full 6-digit combination, you need to reach the reactor and enter the central area with high radiation (remember to use the Environmental Protection Pack V2).
Use the lever in the north control room to deactivate the force fields under the reactor and you will have access to the energy elevator (picture 1). It will take you to the place where you have to enter the full code.
Flight Deck - Lifepods
Related map marker: Flight Deck - Lifepod Keypad #1 @ Citadel Station
2 Lifepods are located in the eastern part of the map and are inactive during the first visit to the Flight Deck.
By making enough progress in the game, you will have to run the procedure of self-destroying the Reactor. Then go back to the lifepods and use any of them. You can enter a fixed combination - 001.
Key information about codes
The codes in the game are three-digit combinations and you can enter them using keyboards. All found keyboards are marked with an icon on the map. Return to them after finding a combination.
Most codes are random, that is, you must personally go to the place of obtaining the code and read it. You can then enter the finished combination. This restriction does not apply to several important codes, e.g. 451 which is the first combination.
You can find the codes, e.g. in audio and text logs or as text on screens or walls. In some cases, you will only receive part of the combination - you will have to guess the rest.
In some cases, the keyboard may not initially accept the code even if it's correct. The main reasons are the need to lower the Level Security indicator on a given deck or to advance sufficiently in the game (e.g. complete some quest objectives).
