As you fight battles in Star Wars Jedi Survivor, you must watch Cal's health bar and react quickly when it drops. This page of the guide explains how to heal wounds and restore a 100% health bar. We described the 2 main ways of healing and explained how to have more BD-1 stim canisters.
Using BD-1's stim canisters
In Jedi Survivor, identically as in Jedi Fallen Order, the main character's health doesn't regenerate after a period of inactivity. You have to recovering the lost health points yourself.
The main healing method is using BD-1's stims - they are activated with the upper direction on the d-pad. Their current number of stims is displayed in the lower left corner, and the limit is 2 healings at the beginning.
You can permanently increase the number of BD-1's stims you hold. You must find yellow boxes in the game world similar to the one in the picture. Opening each of them will permanently add 1 stim. We recommend increasing the number of them to 3-4 as soon as possible. This will make it easier for you to survive battles, especially the boss fights.
We have compiled the places to find the stim canisters on a separate page in the Secrets and Collectibles chapter.
In addition to increasing the number of BD-1 stims, you can also improve the effectiveness of healing using stims. To do so, unlock skills from the Survival category, such as the Improved Stim Formula shown in the picture.
On a separate page How to extend health and Power bars? you will learn how to permanently increase Cal's health.
Resting in meditation points
The second healing method is to use the rest option at meditation points. That way is free and can be repeated as many times as desired, but:
- You must return to the point of meditation, and you cannot use this method during battles.
- Resting spawns all enemies on the map (except for unique bosses). You have to defeat them once again or try to bypass them (this is also possible using unlocked shortcuts).
