Final confrontation with Dagan Gera

The final, third battle against Dagan Gera takes place on Koboh, during the exploration of the Observatory. To get where you need to be, you need to complete a long climb and finally, you'll reach a platform with a Meditation Point. This area neighbors Grand Occulus zone.

After entering the round chamber, a cutscene will begin initiating the boss battle.

The first phase of the fight

During this fight, you may use the help of Bode Akuna. Use the companion's help by sending him a command to attack Dagan. This can make the battle easier.

In the first phase of the encounter, Dagan doesn't use his most powerful attacks. As for attacks that he uses, there is a lightsaber throw - get into its trajectory and perform a parry to make the boss lose a lot of stamina.

Focus on parrying and command Bode to help as soon as he confirms his readiness to attack.

After the boss loses about 1/4 of his health bar, a cut-scene will be activated that signals the beginning of the second phase.

The second phase of the fight

Expect Dagan Gera to use red attacks regularly. You'll recognize some of the attacks from the second encounter with the boss e.g. an air lunge mixed with a ground slam. Remember to dodge.

A new attack appearing in this phase is a large explosion to which build-up takes a few seconds. You can attempt to interrupt the attack with your own charged attack, or quickly get out of the range of the explosion and the ensuing shockwave.

If a lightsaber wrestle takes place, traditionally press the shown button in quick succession.

To advance to the next phase, you need to deprive the boss of about a half of his health bar. Another cut-scene will take place, beginning the third, the most difficult phase of the fight.

The third second stage of the fight

Dagan can now summon illusions. It is best to parry to quickly deplete their stamina bars. With their stamina depleted, you can easily break through their guard and defeat them. In the meantime, don't forget about the main boss and his attacks.

Another major attack is sending shockwaves. The evade window is very small - you either need to perform a side dodge or a double jump. Dagan can send a few shockwaves in one combination, so don't stop after the first successful dodge.

When it comes to ranged attacks, we have firing a barrage of round projectiles that home towards Cal. Dodge them - be ready to do a few in a row. When the barrage is fired and flies toward your position, the boss switches to melee range and attacks with a red attack - be prepared for this.

For the duration of the fight, the most basic strategy is to, focus on parrying to deplete the boss's stamina. This will allow you to easily damage him when he is depleted.

After the boss is deprived of his health watch the cut-scene - you've finally got rid of Dagan Gera.
