Resident Evil 3: Jills Apartment secrets, collectibles

All items described below can be found after Jill will wake up again. You have to get them before the escape scene begins.
Jill's Report
The report is attached to the right side of the board in Jill's Apartment. You have to turn on the light first - the switch is to the right of the board.
Investigation Notes
Investigation notes are attached to the middle of the board in Jill's Apartment.
Unsealed Envelope
The envelope is located in a less-lit area of Jill's Apartment. You will find it next to the hi-fi tower and the CD stack.
Message from a Colleague
The message is on the kitchen table in Jill's Apartment. It's lying next to an open pizza box.
