Resident Evil 3: Controls

180-degree rotation - Tilt the left analog stick down. This is useful when you quickly want to move in the opposite direction (e.g. while you are running away from monsters). | |
Look around. | |
Reset the camera position (returns behind the hero's back). | |
Pull a secondary weapon from holster. | |
Switch the secondary weapon to another (you must hold L1 and then use the d-pad). | |
Aim. | |
Reload weapons. | |
Inventory. | |
Interaction. | |
Attack (melee or with a weapon). | |
Change the ammunition type (the button will only work if the weapon uses at least 2 different types of ammunition). | |
Switch the main weapon. | |
Map - The left analog stick allows you to scroll the map. Up and down on the d-pad change floors (e.g. different police station floors). The right analog stick zooms in and out. You can also switch to other tabs and, for example, check collected documents. | |
