Below, you'll find the description of finishing the last story mission of Mafia III. The mission's objective is getting to the casino in development by Sal Marcano, however, you'll have to eliminate Giorgio first. You have to prepare well for the mission - restock as many adrenaline injections as you can, get a bulletproof vest, and rearm. In this mission, Lincoln could use a long-range rifle, but fighting in close quarters can also appear. Have some grenades and Molotov cocktails too.

Meeting Donovan and reaching the casino
Begin this mission by reaching the motel and talking with Donovan. After you've done this, go to the casino (Northern side of the map). You can reach the casino with any car you prefer - no one will attack you on the way. A newly open fragment of the highway will get you near the main entrance.
Taking down Giorgio
After getting in, you can advance by wreaking havoc or quietly eliminating enemies. Should you chose the former, you can use the poles and other objects that can't be destroyed - just pay attention to the explosive traps and the attempts to outflank Lincoln.
If you prefer stealthy ninja-style action, use the Intel View mode to localize enemies and whistle to lure them out. You might find the silenced gun extremely useful. When securing the first area, mind the enemies on upper levels, who have a great vantage point there.
You can get to the second big area through the door on the ground floor - they're located rather far away, to the right from the entrance. When you approach the door, a few enemies will rush out from another room - pay particular attention to them if you want to be stealthy.
On they way to the second area, there's a sports car parked. If you prefer John Rambo high profile action, go ahead and turn the ignition - you can spectacularly initiate a long battle by plunging into a big obstacle and smashing two enemies.
In the second room of the casino, your modus operandi is pretty much identical - you can engage in exchange of fire or quietly eliminate the enemies. Keep minding those grenades and enemies who want to flank you (especially those individuals who wield a shotgun).
Giorgio is in an office on the first floor - it's easiest to get there via the stairs shown above - it's shouldn't be guarded.
If you had chosen a stealthy approach, try to sneak to Giorgio and catch him. Otherwise, start shooting when you're near the end of the stairs that you used to get there. Use a good gun and some grenades. Defeated Giorgio will kneel down. Regardless of your approach to the mission, you will have to catch and finish him.
Confronting Sal Marcano
The last part of this mission contains no gunplay, and is pure formality. Use the elevator and then the spiral staircase to get to Sal's office. After the cut scene you can either shoot him or wait till he shoots himself.
Meeting Donovan and Father James
Go back to the elevator and after leaving the casino watch the clip showing the meeting with Leo Galante. At the end, you'll have to get back to the church where Lincoln will have to talk with Donovan and Father James. After it finishes, you will be able to chose the preferred ending.
