Magazine 4
The magazine is considered as one of the secrets of Barclay Mills, but it can be found outside its territory. You can reach its hiding place by using a car or by swimming (watch out for alligators!). The secret is hidden inside the wreck marked on the picture. The platform with it is located next to the water.
Magazine 5
The magazine is rather hard to find since it is located in the sewers under Downtown. You could start exploring the network of tunnels in sewers (preferably with a boat), but it will be easier to reach the magazine from the nearby underground parking lot. The entrance to the parking lot is located south from the secret and it is shown on the above picture. It is the same location in which Lincoln meets with Harold Cauley when completing the story mission "Blackmail".
Look through the underground parking lot and find the closed door leading to the sewers shown on picture 1. The secret is in the sewers, in the place shown on picture 2.
Magazine 9
This magazine is inside a garage located near the body of water. Finding the entrance will surely cause some problems. It's been highlighted on the picture above.
Magazine 10
This magazine is located in the camp in the swamps. The camp is empty by default, but if any side quest is active in the vicinity, enemies will be spawned there. The camp is surrounded with a fence - you can enter it for example by swimming to the narrow entrance shown above.
