General information
Shenhe is a 5-star hero of Cryo element fighting with a spear. This is a character best suited to Support role. This is mainly due to the fact that many of her skills provide bonuses to allies by applying Cryo status to their attacks and riddling the enemies with penalties lowering their Cryo and Physical resistances.
When it comes to building Shenhe correctly, it is worth focusing on the highest possible Energy Recharge (160% at minimum).

- Cryo Support - Ganyu / Ayaka / Shenhe / Jean
- Cryo Support - Ganyu / Bennet / Shenhe / Kazuha
Cryo Support Build
Playing Shenhe correctly involves imbuing ally attacks with Cryo and lowering opponents' defense to Physical and Cryo. For this, you'll need to use your Elemental Burst often.
- Artifacts - 4x Noblesse Oblige / 4x Blizzard Strayer
- Weapons - Engulfing Lightning / Favonius Lance
The most recommended artifact set for Shenhe is 4x Noblesse Oblige. Equipped, it increases the damage of Shenhe's Elemental Burst by 20%. With 4x Noblesse Oblige equipped, after using Elemental Burst, all party members receive an additional 20% ATK DMG for 12 seconds.
A suitable alternative to this set is 4x Blizzard Strayer. With 2x Blizzard Strayers equipped, your Cryo DMG is increased by 15%. Moreover, with x4, when you strike an enemy who is affected by Cryo in any way, your critical chance increases by 20%. Finally, if the enemy is frozen, you receive additional 20% to Crit Rate.
Engulfing Lightning is the leading choice for this build as it reinforces ATK% depending on how much Energy Recharge you have. Moreover, after using Elemental Burst which will be cast often thanks to high Energy Recharge, you receive additional ER for 12 seconds. This is important for Shenhe, because thanks to often use of Elmental Burst, you'll be able to stack the weakening effect many times.
The second consider for weapon is Favonius Lance. This spear adds a bonus to Energy Recharge. Moreover, Crits have a 60% chance of creating an Elemental Orb which when picked up gives 6 Energy. This effect may occur once every 12 seconds.
Talents
