General information
Kokomi is a 5-star hero of Hydro element, fighting with Catalyst. She is a support character whose healing potential increases along with how much max HP she has. HP also affects the power of her damage dealing abilities.
When creating a correct Kokomi build, you should focus on HP first, then Healing Bonus and finally on Hydro DMG.

- Hydro Healer - Kazuha / Beidou / Fischl / Kokomi
- Hydro Healer - Ganyu / Venti / Ayaka / Kokomi
Healer Build
Kokomi damage-dealing potential increases along with how much max HP she has, and this also applies to healing. You should focus first on increasing max HP. Under no circumstances, don't increase her Crit DMG or Crit Rate, as her weakness is Crit Rate lowered by 100% which means virtually no Crit Hits.

The first artifact set worth choosing for Kokomi is definitely 4x Tenacity of the Millelith. This artifact increases Kokomi's max health by 20%, which in turn heavily affects her damage-dealing and healing capabilities. Moreover, if her Elemental Skill hits an enemy, ATK of allies who are close to her increases by 20% and their Shields by 30%. Both effects last 3 seconds, but the effect can be activated every half second. Since her Elemental Skill lasts a few seconds and deals damage evenly throughout this time, the effect can be in power for very long.
The second artifact set worth considering is 4x Ocean-Hued Clam. This artifact increases healing by 15% and additionally, with it equipped, while casting healing spells, Sea-Dyed Foam will appear.
