To have a better idea of your surroundings, Northland Bank is located above this vendor. Walk up the stairs to the top, sticking to your right. That's where you'll find an NPC named Nadia. Enter the building next to her. Once you're inside, there's another staircase on the right. Go upstairs and forward. Down the hall, you'll find a Precious Chest, containing 200,000 Mora.
