Practice Makes Pefect! | Crash Bandicoot Trophy Guide Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy Guide
Last update: 07 July 2017
On this page you will find a detailed walkthrough for unlocking the gold trophy "Practice Makes Perfect!" in Crash Bandicoot for PlayStation 4. The trophy is obtained by collecting 26 gold or better relics.
This is probably the hardest trophy in the game. The relics are obtained by completing time trials in the main levels (Great Hall and boss fights lack time trials).
You can start a time trial after you beat a level once. When you start a level again, you can touch the clock near the starting position. Time trials require you to perfectly complete the track from the start to the "finish line" without stopping or dying. In addition to that, during the sprint you must look for yellow chests like the one shown on the above picture - destroying them will temporary stop the time counter.
Important - You can ignore the "regular" chests during the race. The same goes for other secrets and enemies - eliminate only the ones that you cannot quickly miss.
After completing each time trial you will receive one of three possible relics - a sapphire one (the worst one), a golden and a platinum one (above picture). In order to unlock the trophy you can't have any sapphire record - you need to have at least gold results.
