Prologue - Omens of Darkness | Campaign Battlefleet Gothic: Armada Guide

To a large extent, the first stage of the campaign is a tutorial. Thanks to this mission, you will learn how to select ships, deploy them, as well as the basics of operations in the battlefield. To learn more about the abovementioned aspects, see the first chapter of this guide.
Turn 1: Tutorial
During this mission, you learn how to select a ship and how to control it using maneuvers and special orders.

During the first mission, you do not encounter any enemy forces. Follow commands of your advisors to complete the mission. At the end, you learn about warp jumps.
Turn 2: Test of Faith - Port Maw
In the next part of the tutorial, you learn how to deploy ships, set engagement and how to execute the commander for insubordination.

Another mission where your task is to follow instructions of your advisors. You an experiment around with engagement settings and focusing damage on specific elements of the enemy unit. The mission ends after you destroy the enemy ship or it escapes.

Turn 3: Orks Attack -Lysades Sector
Your mission is to convoy supplies on their way between two planets of Lysades system.

Opponent: Ork fleet
Opponent's strength: 3
Class of ships: Terror cruiser, Ravager Attack Ship, Brute Ram Ship
Player's ships: 2 x Light cruiser + 2 x Cobra Destroyer + 3 x Transporter
You have to prevent losing more than one cargo ship, at all costs. It is best to group up two transport ships with cruisers and a support ship. At the other side of the map, position a transporter with one support ship. Right after the beginning of the mission, select the smaller group of ships and use the combustion gauge. The enemy will identify the cargo ship and dispatch one of its ships its way. At the same time, move the big group towards the end of the map. Do not use any special maneuvers on any of the ships to prevent attracting attention. It is a good idea to use Cobra ships as your support. They are highly vulnerable to ramming but they have torpedoes. Ork ships are very loud when they move, so from the very beginning you will know in which direction to launch rockets. It should be noted that you should keep issuing orders to move, on cargo ships, to make them reach the end of the map as quickly as possible. While the single cargo ship will be taking damage, you are free to use the combustion gauge on the remaining two ships to complete the mission quickly.
