Lieutenant Lech Kril | Bosses | Warframe

This short chapter is devoted entirely to Lieutenant Lech Kril - the boss of Grineer in Warframe. Here, you will learn where to find him, what you can receive for defeating him and how to defeat him.

You can encounter this boss for 2 times - on Mars - War and on Ceres - Exta, alongside with Captain Vor. The battle comprises two phases.

In the first phase, he will mainly use Gorgon - his LMG and occasionally, he will use his freeze ability.

If you do not keep your distance, he will try to toss you away, or use his Ice Wave - he releases the wave by hammering the ground. To defeat him, you have to shoot at his coolant tanks (marked with the red neon light, you can do that by provoking him to strike at short distance and moving behind him quickly) - once the tanks drop, he will start to freeze. This is the only opportunity to deal any damage (by shooting cooling tanks on his armor). Shooting down all 4 of the containers will start phase 2.

In the second phase, all his freeze attack will be replaced with fiery ones. He will try to hurl his hammer at you. In this phase, he is much faster and he can catch up with you pretty quickly. However, he is res resistant this time, so fire at will at him.

On Mars, he drops Excalibur components, on Ceres - Frost components. He can drop mods: Cryo Rounds, Killing Blow, Molten Impact, Stretch Energy Channel. Apart from mods, he may also drop Miter and Double Gremlin blueprints (only on Ceres).
