Swim through the underground passage and reach the church tower | Act 1 - Communication Breakdown Sniper: GW2 Guide

Clear the area and move onwards with Diaz. After reaching the pond, you companion will leave you on your own. Enter the water and swim towards the underground passage. At some point a boat will appear on the horizon - quickly dive to stay undetected. Keep moving towards the passage until you reach the shore.

Assassinate the soldier sitting by the campfire, head out of the water and slowly move to the cave exit guarded by another soldier - you can kill him using your sniper rifle [53m] or knife.

Run onwards along the path until you reach the church tower. There's no one inside, so you don't have to sneak - quickly run onto the tower.
