With the area clear, speak to Marinov and head together to the underground garage.

After getting there, wait for the patrolling soldier in front of you to move to the right - use that chance and quickly go left while staying close to the wall.

Continue onwards while staying in the shadows until you reach a soldier blocking the road. Wait for the patrolling soldier on the right to turn around and eliminate the obstacle silently.

The further path to the fuse box is clear - destroy it to turn off the light and immediately put on your might-vision goggles. Listen to the hints given by Maddox and quickly crawl beneath the nearby truck to avoid getting detected by the incoming guards.

Continue moving along the wall and you will come across a passage blocked by an enemy. Kill him silently and run out of the garage with your companions.
