After clearing the area, stand up and run across the bridge. In the shed you will find a health pack and some ammunition to replenish your supplies. Make a few steps in the water and you will be stopped again - look at the platform on the right, with two soldiers on it. You have to eliminate the one on the right [56m].
Move onwards, under the bridge. Slowly follow your companion until you reach the shore - wait for one of the soldiers to pass by and climb onto the platform. An enemy will be standing on your path - kill him silently with your knife. Jump off the ledge and run into the cave.
SECRET 2/4 - On the crate on the right, beside the stairs.
