After clearing the first village, when you will be passing by small building, run onto the first on the right - the secret is on a pillar.

SECRET 2/4

When a truck appear and you run into the nearby houses, head to the building opposite to the entrance - the statue is on the table.

SECRET 3/4

In the corner of the house on the hill which was guarded by two mercenaries - right by the tunnel exit.

SECRET 4/4

In the ruined house which you will pass by right before the end of the mission, after killing two snipers.
