Eliminate Carl Maddox | Act 3 - No Loose Ends Sniper: GW2 Guide

It's now time for Maddox. He can be found in the right window of the left part of the central building, right above the statue. He will constantly move away from the window, so you won't have too much time to shoot - remember that waiting for too long might end badly for you. Killing Maddox will end both the mission and the game.
