After clearing the area, head to the top of the observatory from where you will have a better view of the area. Follow Diaz's hints and eliminate one of the enemies walking around the docks [1360m].

Two more targets can be found on the yacht - firstly eliminate the observers and afterwards destroy the searchlights. You will have to perform two rather hard long-distance shots [1280m] and [1330m]. Soon after destroying the second source of light, a marauder [1310m] will get onboard - eliminate him quickly before he notices the bodies.
