Reach the observatory undetected | Act 1 - From Out of Nowhere
As you leave the cave, you should note the first building on the way to the observatory. Wait for the sniper on the roof of the building on the right to be maximally to the right and eliminate him [65m].
Getting rid of him will let you get past four other mercenaries in this area unnoticed - very slowly move along the left side while crouching and sticking to the bushes. When you return onto the path, move onwards towards the observatory. Eventually you will be informed of an incoming helicopter - wait in the bushes for it to fly above you.
When you reach the observatory, you will note a big number of enemies - kill the mercenary standing alone on the right, thanks to which you will lure three other enemies to him. Use the chance and shoot the grenade by the belt of one of the enemies, therefore killing everyone around.
