Cross the cave to the vantage point | Act 1 - From Out of Nowhere Sniper: GW2 Guide

You will spend a majority of this mission wearing night-vision goggles - activate them with the proper button and head onwards following the only possible path. You will reach the first soldier speaking on the phone, you can eliminate him easily by sneaking onto him from behind.

Head further down the road until you come across three more bandits. If you decide to finish them off silently, wait for the walking soldier to turn around and kill the enemy by the crate.

Immediately start going towards the next standing enemy and finish him off. The last one to kill will be the patrolling soldier who will stop by the bridge - it's best to kill him with the silenced pistol, as you might not get to him in time before he turns around.

Cross the bridge and you will reach a vantage point - get rid of the sniper there and take the position.

SECRET 1/4 - On a crate on a platform above you, right after crossing the bridge.
