Silently eliminate one enemy who's standing between the bushes and go up the stairs onto the platform. Cross the footbridge onto the hill, where the leaves will provide you with a cover from enemy sight.

The further road is blocked by a single enemy walking between the crates - wait for him to be as far from the barrier as possible and eliminate him [30m].

Jump down and move onwards while looking out for two guards - firstly take care of the one who is moving [30m] and then the one facing the other direction [35m]. Head to the pile of crates and climb up.
