Resident Evil 7: Duck If You Love Life - Trophy/Achievement Guide

Requirement: Crouch to evade Jack's scissor attack.

Commentary: An opportunity to get this achievement will present itself during your confrontation with Jack, which takes place in the morgue located in the basement of the main house. The first part of your confrontation with Jack will be a standard fight. Use a shotgun or a pistol to weaken him.

Once you advance to the second part of the fight, Jack will start using giant scissors. He uses three basic attacks:

• Charge
• Swinging the scissors three timesi
• Trying to cut off Ethan's head

It's the third type of attack you must wait for. When you see that Jack is getting ready to go for it (as shown in the first image above), run up to him and duck (second image) to make him miss. Perfect timing of your movements is of key importance. If you're late, Jack will succeed and cut off Ethan's head.
