The bolt cutters at the end of the hallway

You start the game in a small room. There is nothing interesting here so leave it and go left. This area is safe and nothing can surprise you here. At the end of the hallway you can find bolt cutters. They are useful if you want to cut chains. One of them can be found on the locked wardrobe near the kitchen doors - inside, you will find the video tape.

The TV with the VHS player

The tape can be played in the room where you started the game. In the recording you play as a cameraman accompanying two men.

Thanks to the movie you now know about the secret entrance that can be opened by the switch in the fireplace. Behind the entrance you will find the key. With it you can open the red exit door that you can access through the kitchen. But it would be better for you if you won't go there - when you open the door your character dies and you get the bad ending.
