Where can I find the secret passage to the police station in Resident Evil 2? Resident Evil 2 Guide and Walkthrough

Leon and Claire, the main characters of Resident Evil 2 can use a secret passage to reach the police station from the sewers. Thanks to this passage, you will be able to solve all puzzles and get weapon upgrades. Also, you won't be chased by the Tyrant.

To use this passage you need the key that was lying above the table near the place where you could go into the water. Open the locked room by using the key. That room is near the tower chess piece (near the bridge). Inside, you will find a cabinet with orange tape.

Stand on its right side - you will unlock a passage to a lift. This lift will take you to the basement. You need the T-shaped tool to leave the basement and enter the main hall.
