After going back to the police station, Leon has to find a way out of this location and reach the Sewers. To find the second repair part for the broken electric box in the prison, you need to perform a few actions in a specific order. The information on how to get the first electrical part is in the Police parking garage - Leon's path chapter.

Green key (clubs)

Leon must reach the rooftop. Reach the corridor behind the waiting room on the second floor, and use the crank, found in the prison, to open the gate (1). Go up the stairs and reach the balcony. Go down the ladder.

Go out on the balcony and use the ladder to go down. Turn left and keep moving until you see the yellow switch (2) - it must point at the "L" letter. Go through the door to the small shed nearby (3) - there, you will find the green clubs key.

Go back on the upper floor, near the burning helicopter. The next switch is on the right wall (4) - use it to extinguish the flames. After that, go through the door on the left.

The Tyrant is behind the door. This enemy is immortal so don't even try to fight it. From now on, the Tyrant will be chasing you until the end of this part of the game. The only way to fight with him is to shoot the monster a few times in the head (his body deflects bullets). When you shoot him in the face, the monster will kneel for about a minute. Go back to the main hall.

The second electronic gadget; the clock puzzle

To reach the third floor, you have to find the tool in the records room (located on the first floor). Leon can access that room by using the green clubs key. The room is in the corridor that goes around the police station's western wing. Put the tool into the jack located in the library (second floor). Lower one of the shelves. Push the rest of the shelves to create a passage.

Take the gear, found in the east storage room, to the clock tower in the western part of the police station (this place is on the third floor).

The first mechanism is right of the entrance to the clock tower - insert the large gear to lower the stairs.

Take the large gear and go up the stairs. You find another mechanism - replace the small gear with the large gear.

Place the small gear into the mechanism on the floor below. This activates the bell. Also, an orange box will fall down. Inside the box, you will find the second electronic gadget. Open the inventory, examine the box in the inspection mode, and open it.

Get the identifier; electric door panel puzzle

With the two electronic parts collected, you can now go back to the prison. Solve a simple puzzle to get the identifier. Interact with the door panel and place both electronic parts found in the orange boxes.

Combine the lines so that the electricity can run from both entering points to the exit point. You do that by rotating blocks. Place the blocks in the same way as in the picture above.

Enter the cell and take the identifier. Leave the prison and head to the police parking garage. Leon will join Ada Wong. However, this won't be simple - when you get closer to the cell, the door will open, releasing zombies held inside. Also, the Tyrant will appear. Use the lever on the wall. Go around the cells by going through a side corridor.
