Obtain the red heart key
Leave the office through the open door. You will see bars here. Behind them there is the Key Card that will enable you to leave the station through the parking garage and continue the game. Look at it in order to update your mission objectives. Now you must go to the end of the corridor and pick up the picture on the furniture. Open the inventory and examine the picture. After turning it around you can collect the red heart key. Use this key to leave the Chief's office.
Return to the Main Hall and the Tyrant
Go upstairs behind the office (downstairs you will find a chest that will help you unlock the third weapon - more about it in the chapter How to get the third weapon in the armory? in the FAQ.
Enter the Balcony and go down the ladder. Turn left and go along the pipes. You will notice a yellow lever - set it to L position.
Now go back up, near the burning helicopter. On the right side you will find another lever on the wall. Use it to put down the flames. Then, go through the door on the left side.
Behind the door you will encounter the Tyrant. He is immortal so don't even try fighting him. He will be following you until you finish this part of the game. The only way of fighting him is shooting him a few times in the head (the bullets are bouncing from his body). Once you do it, the Tyrant will kneel and he will be immobilized for about a minute. Go back to the Main Hall.
The first electronic gadget
In order to obtain the key card that open the gate in the parking garage, you must find two electronic gadgets hidden in boxes. The first one can be found on floor 3F, behind a locked door near the Balcony. It is lying on the floor. Once you pick up the orange box, examine it in the inventory and pull the tape off in order to drag the electronic gadget from inside.
The second electronic gadget; the clock riddle
In order to reach the third floor you must find the tool in the Records room, 1F. You can use the tool in the Library, 2F, next to the jack. This will enable you to lower one of the bookshelves. Now push the remaining bookshelves in such way that you can move through them.
Once you have the gear from the East Storage Room, go to the Clock Tower on the west (3F).
On the right from the entrance to the clock tower you will find the first mechanism. Place the large gear in it and the stairs to the first floor will be lowered.
Take the large gear with you and go upstairs. You will find another mechanism. Take the small gear from it and place the large gear in its place.
Place the Small gear in the same mechanism on the lower floor. This will activate the mechanism and cause the orange box to fall. Inside it you will find the second electronic gadget. Open the inventory, examine the box and open it.
Obtain the key card; the puzzle with the electric paths
Once you have two electronic gadgets, you can go back to the Chief's office. Here you must solve a simple riddle before you can get the key card. Interact with the panel and install both electronic gadgets that you previously unpacked from the orange boxes you found.
Now you must connect the paths in such way that the current will go from both entrances to one exit. It can be done by simply moving the parts. Create a path similar to the one shown in the above picture.
