How I can open Leon's desk? Resident Evil 2 Guide and Walkthrough

At the main hall there is a small police office. One of the desks belongs to Leon. However, it is locked with two padlocks (passwords are the first letters of names from neighboring desks):

1. Left padlock - code: NED;
2. Right padlock - code: MRG.

The upgrade that you will find inside depends on which character you are playing:

1. Leon: Matilda's magazine capacity upgrade;

1. Claire: SLS 60 revolver magazine - increases weapon reloading speed.
