Carrier
Power Reserve - each successive level increases the number of your Carrier's energy points, appropriate for the level (at level 3, you receive 3 points), but not more than 5. Starting with level 6, you receive the Cruise Missile Silo.
Support Cruiser Anti-Air - allows Support Cruisers to conduct AA barrage. It is not recommended to invest in that at the beginning of the game.
Baserunner Inventory - it decreases cooldown on the production of turrets. Defense systems work well against the AI, but not against human players.
LAV Assault Pack - provides Boost for LAVs. It is useful if you want to attack the enemy ranged units quickly. However, there is no demand for this technology in combat with other light vehicles.
LAV Damage - each tier increases LAVs' firepower by 2.
LAV Armor - each tier increases LAVs' armor by 2. Buying this one may also be beneficial at the beginning of the game, when the opponent also attacks you with light vehicles. However, it is much better an idea to unlock AAVs.
Railgun Mag Accelerator Upgrade - increases firepower of Railguns by 60. It is a good idea to buy this upgrade right after you unlock them.
Upgrade Carrier Production -allows you to produce two/three units at a time. Not required in the initial phases of the game.
Heavy Vehicles Armor - each tier increases AAVs', RGs' and Missile Battery's armor by 3. It is necessary to discover this technology step-by-step - up until you reach tier 3.
Assault Cruiser Anti-Air - after this upgrade is bought, Assault Cruisers can conduct AA barrage. It is a good idea to obtain it when there are many such units in your army, instead of building Missile Battery.
