You can obtain it from the security lodge in the consulate yard. You can also stun the guard who is coming there every now and then.
4 � Consulate janitor disguise
You can find it in a tool storage room. It can also be obtained by incapacitating a janitor in the storage behind kitchen.
5 � Battle axe
It's necessary to complete the "Master Fortune Teller" challenges.
6 � Courtyard Club membership card
You can find it on a table in the shisha cafe's break room - you can show it to the guard at the entrance and he will pass you without searching.

You will find printing crew here - you need to follow one of them and eliminate him in an alley in order to get his outfit.
2 � Elite soldier
It's an ideal spot to get the elite soldier disguise - there are no witnesses and the body can be hidden in a closet.
3 � Headmaster
You can acquire his clothes at the carpet store's rooftop.
4 � Soldier
You can take him out in a bathroom and get his outfit.
5 � Cameraman
It's easiest to eliminate him when he's washing hands in the sink. Remember to drag the body to a cabin.
6 � Masseur
Turn on the TV after entering the room - the masseur will walk to the kitchen where you can neutralize him without witnesses.
