Starting Point
You will start from here. As a tourist you won't be able to get to the mansion. Only the surroundings are available to you.
Main entrance to the mansion
This is the biggest entrance to the area of Caruso's mansion. You will be searched for guns upon entering it.

A room with a lot of books and a housekeeping staff inspecting it from time to time.

You can take a disguise of the help from here.

Caruso keeps his wine collection here.

Here you will find a cannon ball to use later(red 43 on a map).
Francesca's toiler
Only she uses it. You can make golf trainer to go there.
Guarded entrance to the lab
You can enter through here as long as you are wearing the disguise of a scientist (green 5 on the map)and a magnetic card.
Storeroom
You can find here (among others) a gas bottle, monkey wrench and a screwdriver.

Hole in the bridge
You can enter the bridge through it.

Walled up entrance
If you have got some explosives, you can destroy the wall and go through to the lab or out of it.

You can jump of it to get to Silvio's mansion.

You can use it to escape the mission area.

You can enter through here if you have the key from the church's employees

One of the higest points on the map. You can shoot your targets from here. There are two guards upstairs. From here you can do the achievement with the Kraken.

Go downstairs to enter the lab.

It will cause panic and it will make Silvio run away with his plane.

It lies on a bed. Don't approach the man on a balcony.

It will open the door to the mansion.

Lies on the table.
Disguise of the Priest
You can pick it up from the ground.
Joint
Plant it in a Silvio's cigarette package to kill him.

You can use it on dr Lafayette (red 29)
Disguise of Delivery Man
Can be found inside of the building along with the flowers. Use it to get to the mansion.
Key to the safe
Code lies on the desk. Use it to open the safe (red 33).
Card to the lab
It will open all of the doors to the lab.
Sfaety protocol
Read it to acquire the knowledge on how to destroy the virus.
Protective Clothing
Lets you enter the room with the virus.
Cannon Ball
You can use it to load the cannon.
Delivery Truck
Here you can take out the courier to take his disguise and flowers for Caruso's mother.
Butler
He will patiently wait for the Caruso's guests. You willl be taken by him to the Silvio's room (red 35 on the map) or to the cemetary (red 3) depending on the diguise you will be wearing.
Silvio's mother's grave
If you will come here with diguised and with the flowers, Silvio will come. This will make a great set up for assassination. Hide the body in a garbage disposal (red 4).
Garbage disposal unit
Leave Silvio's body here to make sure that he won't be found and to get an achievement alon with some additional points.
Kitchen
Here, disguised as a kitchen help, you will be able to poison Silvio's meal which will either make him vomit (red 15) or will kill him instantly.
Stair Lift
Turn it on whilst Silvio will be checking on the turned on gramophone.
Winch
Use it to make the chandelier fall.
Gramophone
Silvio's mother's gramophone. Turn it on to create a panic attack of Silvio.
Silvio's mother's room
Turnning on the gramophone (red 8) as well as the stair lift(red 6) and ringing the bell will alarm and lure Silvio. Turn on the air conditioning to make the chair move and anter the chest. Silvio will faint which will make a great moment to finish him.
Balcony
Here, you will overhear the conversation about VHS tapes.
VHS tapes
You can put them on (red 14) to lure Silvio into a private screening.
Observatory's dome switch
Use it to lure Silvio to the telescope.
Francesca's private room
She comes here with her golf trainer. Take his phone and clothes, lure Francesca to her room and await her on a chair in the dark.
Research room
Use VHS tape here to lure Silvio inside.
Corner of a building
Here, poisoned Silvio will vomit. Kill hm and hide his body in a chest nearby.
Table for the Silvio's meal
Here, Silvio is going to eat (red 5).
Power switch
Turn off the power and knock out the scientist who will go to the toilet.
Golf course
Silvio visits this place. You can plant the explosive golf ball here.
Golf trainer
Here, the trainer often talsk with Francesca. You can overhear their conversation easily.
Water bottle
Add some rat poison to it to make the trainer go to Francesca's toiler (red 18). There, you can knock him out and take his clothes.
Pier
You cn meet with Francesca here as long as you are diguised as a private investigator.
Tunnel
Disguised as a detectibe, lure and kill Francesca here. Hide here body in a dumpster nearby.
Confessional
Here you will be able to overhear a confession of a lab employee. She wants to say goodbye to her co-worker.
Church stairs
On the third floor you will find the key to the sewage. On the balcony (floor 6) you will be able to assassinate your targets with a sniper rifle.
Morgue
The woman from the confessional will come here. Knock her out and take her card and laptop key. You can also take her clothes.
Undertaker's spot
Knock him out to take his clothes.
Dr Lafayette
Silvio's psychologist. Listen to his conversation.
Lafayette's table
Use rat poison on the drink to make the doctor go to the toilet.
Waiter's spot
Knock out the waiter during his break and take his clothes. Hide the body.
Men's restroom
Knock out Dr Lafayette in here and take his clothes. Hide his body.
Hairdresser salon
Listen to the workers' conversation about a detective (red 32).
Sleeping detective
Here you can find aforementioned private investigator. Wake him up and follow him.
Safe
It contains private documents of Silvio. You will need a code to open it (green 15).
Chimney's slot
Drop the gas bottle down its hole to create an explosion and kill Francesca.
Silvio's room
Come here dressed as Lafayette and wait for Silvio. Strangle him during his therapy session.
Room with the fireplace
Francesca will come here as soon as she will acquire the documents. Kill her from upstairs with a gas bottle (red 34).
Power socket
Use a screedriver (red 36) to dismantle it. Then, approach the water switch (red 37) to create a short circuit during Francesca's phone call.

Turning it on whilst the power socket is dismantled (red 37) will create a short circuit.
Single guard
Easy target for a knock out. Take his clothes to get to the level zero of the lab.
Lab laptop
You wil need a key for it. You can get it from the morgue (red 25). Through this laptop you can destroy the virus.
Air conditioning
Turning it off will turn of the airflow in the virus room.
Virus
You have to destroy it. You can do it by increasing the temperature with a machine close to it (you will have to break one of the computers nearby). You can also destroy it by combining two of its opposite samples.
Courtyard with the cannons
Use the cannon to kill your targets. It will alarm the guards.

Use it to make the chandelier fall.
Silvio's Grill
Drop the gas bottle through the chimney to kill Silvio in a explosion.

Map above shows the whole area of Sapienza, Italy. Here there are two targets and a deadly various to be eliminated by Agent 47. There are many ways to finish this mission and all of them are described below. Map also covers part of the city by the Caruso villa.

Briefing

Targets Silvio Caruso, Francesca De Santis and a deadly virus.

Silvio spends most of his time on the golf field (M4,18), but sometimes he walks around the outside of his mansion like his grill area (M4,45) and a dining room (M4,13). The bodyguards accompany him. It is best to eliminate Silvio whilst being disguised as a person who is interacting with him directly.

Francesca can most often be found in the sixth level of the mansion. She moves between the fireplace (M4,36), and Silvio's office room (M4,43). The bodyguards also accompany her. If the virus is destroyed she will go to the room with it to inspect the case (M4,42).

Room with the virus (M4,42) is in the laboratory part, on the level zero.

There are many ways to complete the objectives. They can be divided into the Main ones that are safe, but require a lot of preparation and the Short ones that are faster but riskier.

Difficulty level: This is one of the hardest tasks presented in the game. The mission is complex and the area of work is a big one. It has however many possible routes that lead to finishing the objectives. It is good to look around first to get familiar with the place. |No rush is needed. Lock picks will be useful as there are many closed doors and gates on the way.
