Rat poison

Use rat poison to make some people leave the area place immediately

To be found in the kitchen (M4,5), buildings close to the mansion (M4,7), (M4,3) and in the coffee shop. (M4,13). You can add it to the drinks of NPCs to make them go to the toilet.

Romantic letter

Read the love letter to find out about Francesca's romance

This item can be found in the private room of Francesca (M4,4). This letter lets you know about a romance between Francesca and her golf trainer.

Magnetic cards

Francesca has one of the magnetic cards to the lab

This card grants you access to the laboratory - it can be found in the research room (M4,5) or in the lab itself (M4,16), Francesca also has one by herself.

Take the card from a table

The card can be found in the flat of a new employee - (M4,9) or in the room by the laundry room (M4,5). It will grant you access to many locations inside of the mansion and the doors to the mansion from the street side.

Key to the church

Can be found on a table in the church (M4,10). It opens the doors inside of the building, including the one leading to the basement.

Joint

Joint can be found on a table by the window

Can be found in the room of the Bohemian (M4,12). You can use it to poison Silvio.

Safe code

The right combination to the safe can be found by a laptop

The combination can be found in Sylvio's private office (M4,15).

Laptop key

Laptop key can be found after the search of a woman visiting the morgue

This item will help you destroy the virus and it can be found after looting a woman that comes to visit her dead co-worker (M4,25). Use it on the laptop in the lab (M4,40).

Protocol

Protocol lies near the vent

Lies by the air conditioning power switch (M4,17). Reading it will let you know how to destroy the virus through the means of the high temperature.

Cannon ball and powder

Balls and powder can be found by the cannons

These can be found on the courtyard with a cannon (M4,43). You can load the cannon and use it to shoot the targets later.

VHS Tapes

VHS tapes in the observatory

They lie in the observatory (M4,11). They can be used in the research room (M4,14), to lure Silvio into a private screening.

Golf ball

Explosive golf ball can be picked up from your hideout

Explosive ball can be planted in the pile of regular golf balls (M4,18).

Medical record

The diary in Caruso's mother's room

In the room of mother Caruso (M4,9). Lets you know about Silvio's mental breakdown from the past.

Evidence

Deleting the evidence makes your final mark higher

You have to destroy all of it, in order to eliminate CCTV recordings. They can be found in (M4,35), (M4,48), (M4,50)
