On this page, you will find out whether Diablo Immortal has a pause during which your character is not exposed to attacks.

Unfortunately, Diablo Immortal doesn't have the classic pause. Opening the main menu only displays system options or a list of tabs, such as inventory, skills, or rankings.

This means that you can't open the options during combat to prevent death. It is worth noting here that if your character is attacked when, for example, you are browsing your inventory or changing your skill set, the screen will start to dim every now and then, and characteristic, bloody streaks will appear.

However, the world of Diablo Immortal has the so-called Safe Zones. You can leave your character there and move away from the PC or put the mobile device without fear.
