Start each approach to enemy with sneaking

1. Avatar Frontiers of Pandora offers a lot of freedom when it comes to approach to gameplay. Even if you prefer open, all-out combat, eliminating some of the enemies quietly may make the incoming battle easier. By using Na'vi Senses during the infiltrating phase, you can mark enemies - this will give you an immense advantage during open combat, as you'll know exactly where the enemies are placed.

1. Your initial weapon, Longbow, is effective on longer distances and is powerful enough to kill a standard soldier with one shot. Well-aimed explosive arrow or a slingshot bomb, can on the other hand, instantly eliminate or heavily damage enemy mechs. Even if the approach led to detection, starting the infiltration while sneaking will make matters easier and reduce the risk of enemy calling for reinforcements.

Use the Hacking Tool

1. Hacking Tool is obtained quite early, after the first visit to Resistance HQ. Although it may seem to only have a use when opening locked chests and completing mission objectives, it is employed in a variety of interactions. With the tool, you can hack enemy mechs and turrets. To do this, sneak up on an enemy machine - hacking can be started when the crosshair takes a round shape.

As a result, using Na'vi Senses during exploration and before combat is always a good idea that will make your life easier.

Look for Tarsyu Flowers

1. One of the most powerful obtainable skills in the game are Ancestor Skills. When unlocked, they add new tactical options and affect the gameplay heavily - among them, there are e.g. double jumps, lowered fall damage, or the ability to eject pilots from mechs. Each Ancestor Skill is unlocked by finding a Tarsyu Flower. The first flower is found quite early during the story - the remaining flowers will be marked on your map and you need to reach them on your own. It is definitely worth taking a detour to get them - each Ancestor Skill makes you much more powerful.

Don't forget about food

1. Apart from health, you need to watch your Energy, symbolized by a purple bar at the bottom of the screen below the health bar. Energy decreases on its own over time, and when you run out, you no longer will be able to regenerate health automatically until you replenish it. It is also used for different actions, such as fast travel. Energy can be regenerated through eating food - found or cooked by yourself in kitchens scattered around the map.

1. During your adventures on Pandora, gathering plants and hunting will provide you with ingredients from which you can cook various dishes. You can follow known recipes or experiment. Various ingredients offer different effects, which after cooking manifest in the form of temporary bonuses to your statistics. A dish consists of two ingredients. First added ingredient will determine the received bonus after consuming, while the second ingredient will influence how long the effect will last.

Devote extra time to gather crafting materials

1. One of the most important mechanics in Avatar Frontiers of Pandora is crafting, and the related interface can be viewed by interacting with workbenches. For more complex crafting recipes, you'll need specific materials that may be hard to come by. Each reagent has two gathering pre-requisites which fulfilling improves its rarity. The higher the quality of materials, the better the crafted item will be.

1. When attempting to gather something, you're going to need to pass a gathering mini-game. Initially, the game shows tips on how to complete the mini-game - however, they will quickly disappear, which means you need to quickly learn the idea behind it.
