Cocaine Vial Relic [1]
The cocaine vial is in Nine Elms docks. This object is closely guarded by human opponents as well as drones. Hide your character and switch to a spiderbot.
Go forward, but keep to the left side. Behind one of the objects you will find an entrance to a ventilation duct.
Open the vent, go forward, at the very end you will find a suitcase with the relic - the cocaine vial.
