This page of the Watch Dogs Legion guide provides a walkthrough of the Information Overload side mission. The mission will unlock once you start a rebellion in Southwark.

After contacting the DedSec informant, head to the Nexus Tower. Head towards the top floor, keeping an eye out for the guards around the room.

When you go to the elevator, interact with it. Then you will find yourself in a new room. Go to the marker and again, press the button assigned for interacting.

At this point, you will take control of a drone. Your task is to find a high-capacity battery. To do this, go to the new marker. Red pipes will show you the way.

Another obstacles are ventilation and wind gusts. The lower and middle fans are working, but the upper ones are switched off. So direct your drone high in the air, close to the ceiling, so that the gust of wind does not take your drone.

The next problem is the water vapor coming out of the valves. Just do not fly close to them so as not to damage the drone.

The next stage is a room guarded by several guards. Try to get closer to the door with lasers in such a way that you don't get spotted by the enemies.

Speaking of lasers, keep in mind that they do not cause any damage. If you fly into them, you'll raise the alarm, which will make the other guards more vigilant. If you don't want to do it, don't fly into the lasers. The first laser beam is easy to evade. Just wait until the middle batch of lasers goes the other way. When that happens, head left.

Then you'll have to go through 3 stages. The first stage is that the laser beams go from one side to the other, one by one. Just place your drone close to the wall and wait for a gap to form through which you will fly.

The second stage is just as simple, you just need to fly through at the moment when a large gap is created. In the last stage, the only way to get through the lasers without raising the alarm is to fly through the middle. At some point, a medium-sized square will form there that you'll be able to fly through. Once you've done that, go to the next room.

That's where you'll encounter more guards. To get to the battery, which is located in the room behind the closed door, get the access key from the nearby guard. Try to remain undetected. When you're done, open the door.

Now your task will be to attach the battery to the drone (make the drone descend so that it touches the battery). Now all you need to do is to go back to the starting location.

When you're there, lower the drone down to the marker and then lower the battery. That will complete the mission and Southwark will be liberated.
