Perks in Warhammer Inquisitor - Martyr Warhammer Inquisitor - Martyr Guide

Last update: 04 July 2018

Perks are an integral part of your character in Warhammer 40,000: Inquisitor - Martyr. They define your character's fighting style. Initially, you have access to only one perk, which is available for a given class and its specialization. With time, you will unlock more of them as you perform subsequent Heroic Deeds or achieve a certain Inquisitor rank. Of course, not all unlocked perks can be assigned to every Inquisitor. Some of them are only available for a specific character class.

You can assign up to three perks to each character. However, in order to use all three perk slots, you need to achieve a certain Inquisitor rank. The second slot will be unlocked when you reach rank 15, and the third one when you reach the rank 30. Making a change in each slot is very easy. Simply select the perk you want to change and press the appropriate key (the default is left mouse button). This will open a menu where you can select a different perk.

Most perks give a bonus to different character parameters only under specific conditions, while lowering the value of this parameter in situations other than those indicated by the perk. This means that perks have a huge impact on the behavior of your Inquisitor in combat. It may turn out, that whatever was his strength, rapidly turns out to be his weakness. Therefore, when changing the perks assigned to a given character, it is worth checking whether the new skills of the Inquisitor are really up your alley. To do this, use side missions, where your Inquisitor has a significant advantage in firepower. This way, you will have a large margin of error, which will allow you to avoid the consequences of changing the behavior of your character.
