Frozen Wasteland is one of the three missions related to your searches for Magos Biologis. Here, the goal is to locate a Magos Biologis camp. Unlike the previous missions, this one has a more open structure. Note: The task is optional. You will find Magos Biologis when completing the Contaminated Archipelago quest. The task can only be completed before you have found the Magos.

Walkthrough
This mission can be completed in two ways. The first one is to move on the small islands covered in snow and to follow the marked path (use the lantern). By doing that you will face all the Chaos Cultists on the map. Most of them are in hordes or they are regular enemies that shouldn't cause you any problems. However, Champions are also here - watch out for them.
The second way is to move on ice. Thanks to that you will be able to reach the mission objectives without encountering any hostiles. However, you will still have to fight. You will have to defend the cargo from two waves of enemies. Watch out, the Cultists are more interested in the cargo than in you. Hordes are especially dangerous here. They can easily slip through your defense and attack the cargo while you are fighting with others.
Defend the cargo and then move to Magos Biologis camp. Again, you can choose one of the two paths. However, even the one that allows you to go past enemies ends with a fight with a horde near the camp. Depending on the order in which you have visited the locations related to this quest you can learn that the camp is empty or you will find the person you are looking for. Regardless of the outcome, the quest will end here. Having reached the target location, you will find only a deserted camp and the quest will be concluded.
