You will receive this mission if you've refused to help George in [George's Problem], haven't helped him in the fight and attacked the count later.

If you're feeling stupid about George being dead because you didn't help him, you can avenge him by killing the two guards and then Lester himself.

Unfortunately you won't receive anything in return.

New House in Ashos

Once you get nearby one of the houses (M23:32), you will meet Yao - he will offer you a luxurious house for only 300000 auras. To complete the mission, you just have to agree and buy it. Once you go inside and check out the bedroom, you will discover dead bodies - the real inmates must have been murdered and the house sold to you.

You can stash your items inside the house, without having to worry about losing any of them (if you can't carry anymore, it's a good place to store them).
