You will receive this task some time (a proper notification will appear onscreen) after completing [Sammy the Bull].

Once you appear in Lexington's office, he will offer you another mission. Help the merchants, from whom the local thugs are extorting protection money.

You will unlock [The Racketeers].

Head to the edge of the shopping district, where you will find Erdon (M23:19) - the merchant, from which the bandits are extorting protection money daily. The bandits will appear after a few moments. Talk with their leader, Mooki. After a very rough discussion, the fight will begin. Get rid of all the bandits one by one or all three at once (if they attack you together). Talk with Erdon and in return you will receive a small money prize. Afterwards return to Lexington (M23:13) and collect the second prize.
