Received from: Bursar [New Ashos] (M23:6)
The Bursar can be found in the University's library (or in his office) in the east wing.
A misfortunate accident happened to Bursar - the wind blew away all his documents. He's already found most of them, but 15 are still missing. The University documents aren't marked on the map, they're scattered throughout all New Ashos - on the ground as well as on buildings.
Below you will find a list of all the documents.

 | Next to the Manganos' residence (M23:14), by the crates. |
 | Beyond Ashos, nearby the path (M23:65). |
