It shouldn't take long until you've found a new equipment crate #1. Take whatever you need and proceed towards upper balconies #2.
Start moving forward here #1. You won't have to act stealthy, because you won't encounter any enemies along the way. Continue going straight until you come across a wall #2. Try climbing to the top and wait until the game transports you to a new location.
Start running forward as soon as you've regained full control over Fisher and jump towards a wall seen directly in front of you #1. Wait for the first guard to get closer to the balustrade and grab him #2 in order to kill him without raising any suspicion (his death will also grant you a free Mark and Execute action).
I would recommend dealing with the rest of the guards while taking cover inside this small building and hiding close to the exit #1. If you plan on leaving this building you should jump through one of the windows found to your right #2.
Notice that you'll have a chance to deal with the first group of enemy soldiers by aiming at an explosive barrel located directly in front of the exit #1. Throw a remote mine there after the explosion, wait for new enemies to show up and detonate it #2. If you don't to want to (or can't) use explosives consider eliminating the guards thanks to the Mark and Execute system.
You'll have to be careful, because someone may decide to check the building where you're hiding. If this happens you'll have to get rid of an opponent in melee combat #1 or land on him from an upper pipe #2. Try killing all nearby guards from here before moving on with the rest of the mission.
The last opponent is hiding inside the tunnel located to the left of your building #1 and you can't surprise him, because he's well barricaded and he's using a stationary machine gun. I would recommend approaching this tunnel from the left side #2. Avoid the gunfire along the way by maintaining a crouching stance.
Take cover behind a concrete wall located close to the entrance to the tunnel #1. Move slightly to your right. You should be able to kill the gunner from here with a precise shot to his head #2 or by throwing a grenade inside the tunnel.
You may enter the tunnel and jump over the sandbags. Proceed to your left and drop down to a lower level #1 to find yourself standing in the sewers. Keep heading towards your destination using the only available path. You'll soon get to an area where you'll have to pull yourself up to get to an upper ledge #2.
You should proceed with a similar action here as in previous location - this means you must wait for the guard to show up #1 and grab him to throw him into the sewers. Climb up and carefully start moving towards a group of enemies seen to your left #2.
I would recommend that you use the fact you can quickly move between nearby objects being used for cover. Use this method to get to the quad #1. Tag four nearby opponents from here and eliminate them using Mark and Execute system #2.
There are only two guards left and they should be standing close to the first generator #1. You can use a pistol, an assault rifle or grenades (including flashbangs combined with swift melee moves) to get rid of them. Approach the generator and press the action key #2 to plant a beacon.
Make sure to choose an assault rifle from your arsenal before leaving this area. Proceed towards the only available passageway #1. Get ready, because you're going to be surprised here by enemy units #2.
There are two ways of winning this fight. A more obvious way is to remain close to the main passageway #1. Keep defending yourself against incoming enemy units, using mines and other explosives to your advantage #2. Don't worry about your supplies, because you'll find an equipment crate soon enough.
If you don't want to remain near the main passageway you can enter the left building instead #1 and then use upper pipes. The good thing about this method is that you would be allowed to land on opponents #2 without actually having to fight them.
You may proceed towards a new tunnel located close to a humvee #1. Keep going straight, ignoring other cars parked in the area. Make sure to open a new equipment crate along the way #2 and to take an assault rifle with you, because you're going to need one for the final part of this mission.
Proceed to the next corridor after you've resupplied #1. You'll have to be careful here, because you're getting close to two rooms being occupied by enemy soldiers. You won't be allowed to avoid all of them, however you will have a chance to eliminate only some of them without risking Fisher's life. Carefully approach a brighter section of the tunnel #2 where you'll have a chance to overhear an interesting conversation.
If you're planning on eliminating all enemy units you should start here and deal with the first group using Mark and Execute system #1. Otherwise you must avoid them and continue moving forward #2.
Proceed to the end of the tunnel and then quickly enter the right room #1. I would recommend jumping over a nearby obstacle #2 so that you won't have to step into the light.
Approach a group of enemy soldiers. You'll have to use Mark and Execute system to eliminate them - target two enemies loading the humvee and the third one patrolling the area to your right #1. Proceed towards the front of the humvee once they're all dead #2.
One of the guards will be working on a humvee seen to your left #1, but you may as well ignore him. Proceed to your right (you'll be moving next to the previous humvee) #2 and then turn left.
Start moving forward here #1. Use the goggles to make sure that no one is heading your way and turn right. Take cover behind the left wall #2. Naturally you'll have to be hiding in the shadows.
Wait here for a single guard patrolling this entire area to show up. You can neutralize him in hand to hand combat without any problems #1. Move back a little and enter a blue room #2.
Take cover near the exit from this room and use Mark and Execute to neutralize three nearby opponents #1. Make sure it's safe here and proceed towards a nearby ramp #2 to head back outside.
Once you're outside the building you'll soon notice that it will become your top priority for the next few minutes to avoid an enemy helicopter #1. The gunship will be using a minigun, but thankfully you'll have enough time to move between cover once it has stopped firing. You also won't have to worry about the helicopter crew using rockets or other surprises. Start off by taking cover behind the nearest concrete wall #2.
Try eliminating the closest opponent from here #1 - a single shot to his head using a pistol will do the trick. You should now proceed to your left, using a destroyed tower for much needed cover #2.
The left passageway is also guarded by a single soldier and he needs to die #1. Wait for the helicopter to stop firing and start running towards buildings seen in the distance #2.
I would strongly recommend that you stop far away from the last building, because enemies will start coming out of it. Use one or more grenades to deal with most of them #1 and then use an assault rifle to eliminate the rest. Wait for the gunship to stop firing again and then proceed towards the building where the enemies were hiding #2.
Ignore the fact that most of the building has been destroyed by the gunship, because you'll be safe here. You can now go either left #1 or right #2. I would recommend checking both passageways so that you won't be surprised by anyone later on in the mission.
The left passageway has some weak defenders #1 so you shouldn't waste explosives. As for the right passageway, you'll have to be ready to defend yourself against a larger group of mercenaries #2. Prevent your enemies from moving too close which shouldn't be a big problem as long as you use explosives wisely (especially remotely detonated mines).
Return to the left passageway and move forward a bit so that the last group of opponents arrives here #1. Use grenades and remote mines to deal with enemy units and then quickly approach the second generator #2. Planting a beacon on this generator will allow you to end the mission.
