Received from: Drunk soldier (M25, 10). Only after beginning Conspiracy Theory.

Step 1: Find Odrin

There are three drunk soldiers in the camp (M25, 10) looking for their companion, Odrin. Unfortunately you won't learn much about his whereabouts, so you have to look yourself. Leave the camp through the west gate leading to the beach (M25, 11) and you will find a half-conscious Odrin lying right beside the cave entrance (M25, 17).

Step 2: Bring Odrin to his three friends

Pick up the drunkard and take him to the gate (M25, 11) - a guard will stop you. You can either bribe him or tell Odrin is your captive or witness.

Notice! If you let the guard make a report (the witness dialogue option), the mission will end with failure!

After getting to the camp, you have to gather the whole group of drunkards (M25, 10) - just walk to them.

Step 3: Herd Odrin and his drunk friends to the camp canteen

After collecting the whole pack, take the five of you to the canteen (M25, 3). Sitting beside a beer, you won't have many problems with learning some very interesting things. You however have to choose the proper dialogue lines - "Everyone's afraid of Henselt" and "I need some information". You will receive the square coin and information that Whistling Wendy will take you to the conspirators if you give her the password. The mission will end.
