Step 1: Obtain the rose of remembrance, source of power, immortelle and royal blood

In order to get all the required components, you will have to complete a series of missions, connected with each other.

Immortelle

The immortelle can be obtained by completing Subterranean Life. Start off by talking with the dwarves and afterwards enter the mine. Search it thoroughly and eventually you will reach the place where the desired plants are growing. Look out for their giant monster-guardian, Bullvore.

Source of power

The source of power - dragon's dream - can be obtained by completing Hunting Magic. Start off by talking with the villagers. Cecil will tell you where you might be able to find the source of power - unfortunately the first crystal won't have enough power. Head to the Harpy lair and search the cave for other dreams until you find a dragon dream of appropriate power. Look out, as you will come across Caleano Harpies Queen.

Royal Blood

The royal blood can be found by completing Royal Blood - you have two possible ways of getting the blood. You can either kill Stennis, or leave him be and get the blood later on in Henselt's camp.

The Rose of Remembrance

The Rose of Remembrance can be obtained by completing Where is Triss Merigold? The flower, as it will turn out, has been in Vergen all the time, in possession of Cynthia, who betrayed Philippa.

Step 2: Give Philippa Eilhart the medicine ingredients

After obtaining all the ingredients, give them to Philippa (M15, 14) and she will cure Saskia. In return for saving her life, you will receive the Vandergrift's Sword.
