Irrespectively of your choice regarding whether or not to help (give him the sword) Iorweth before fighting Letho during The Assassins of Kings, Dandelion will suggest you head to the Blue Stripes headquarters (M7, 29) and listen to what Roche plans to do with Loredo. After hearing out his initial plan, you will have to decide:

• Choose Roche's path -Death to the Traitor!
• Go (return) to Iorweth (Zoltan) and choose the path of Scoia'tael -The Floating Prison.

If you choose to support Roche, you will unlock Death to the Traitor!
