Completing Live Xtrem Series' stages in The Crew 2 The Crew 2 Guide and Walkthrough

Live Xtrem Series is a special showcase available in The Crew 2. Below you can find a list of the five main stages (the final part has its own dedicated chapter). Read this chapter to learn how to unlock and win these events.

Important information regarding Live Xtrem Series

1. All the stages of Live Xtrem Series, excluding the first one (which serves only as a tutorial), require you to be the first contestant who reaches the finish line. Only then you will complete a given race.
2. During the events you have to use your own vehicles (which means that you may be forced to buy certain vehicles if you don't have any from a given group). We highly recommend to use the same vehicles in other events before you participate in a Live Xtrem Series stage - this will allow you to get a few valuable upgrades (parts).
3. Live Xtrem Series stages can be repeated just like any other races in the game. You can also play them on high difficulty. However, to get all related achievements and reach the finale of this showcase you only need to play on the normal difficulty level.
4. Thanks to completing the events you get bucks and followers. You can also get parts but you don't get them for all the vehicles that you have used during a particular stage. The game picks a vehicle part randomly.

The first stage of Live Xtrem Series

This stage starts automatically after running the game for the first time. Complete it to start the career mode. You can't lose this event - simply reach the finish line.

The second stage of Live Xtrem Series

This event gets unlocked after gathering enough followers and reaching Popular fame level. During this race you need to drive the following vehicles:

1. Street Race (SR)
2. Powerboat (PB) - the change happens after reaching about 30% of the race.
3. Rally Raid (RR) - the change happens after reaching about 75% of the race.

The third part is the most challenging because it requires you to control a Rally Raid vehicle. Be careful when you are driving through the swamps because it is easy to come across an obstacle or to drive into deep water. Swamps also slow your vehicle down which means that you should spend as much time on the more solid roads as possible (they are marked on the mini-map).

The third stage of Live Xtrem Series

This event gets unlocked after gathering enough followers and reaching Famous fame level. During this race you need to drive the following vehicles:

1. Jetsprint (JS)
2. Motocross (MX) - the change happens after reaching about 20% of the race.
3. Touring Car (TC) - the change happens after reaching about 45% of the race.

Jetsprint boats are rather difficult in handling but, since you start with them, you don't have to worry when you hit something by accident and lose the first place. Try to upgrade one of your Touring Car's before you start this stage because this is the last vehicle used in this event. Don't drive too fast - the event takes place during night which means that it is easier to drive off the track or to make a wrong turn.

The fourth stage of Live Xtrem Series

This event gets unlocked after gathering enough followers and reaching Star fame level. During this race you need to drive the following vehicles:

1. Street Race (SR)
2. Powerboat (PB) - the change happens after reaching about 35% of the race.
3. Rally Cross (RX) - the change happens after reaching about 75% of the race.

This event takes place in a snowy scenery - remember about that during the first and the third part. Vehicles used in those parts are more difficult to handle and are prone to slide. As always, the last part is the most important. Try to buy a rallycross car that is easy to handle. Don't drive too fast because you can leave the track or simply crash into an indestructible object.

The fifth stage of Live Xtrem Series

This event gets unlocked after gathering enough followers and reaching Icon fame level. During this race you need to drive the following vehicles:

1. Hypercar (HC)
2. Alpha GP (AGP) - the change happens after reaching about 40% of the race.
3. Jetsprint (JS) - the change happens after reaching about 85% of the race.

The first and the second part of this race are surprisingly easy. The only moment when you have to be more cautious is when you are driving on narrower roads - try to not get off the track. The finale that takes place in Central Park is the most challenging part. You have to be more precise in all your maneuvers - it is easy to get on land or, e.g. hit a bridge or a pier (avoid them by slaloming). Having good results in the Alpha GP section can give you advantage here - potential small mistakes won't make you lose immediately.
