It is best to hide behind one of the buildings

Head now for the meeting with Brauer (point 11 on the map). After you get there, you will see a cutscene of the ally's death. In the South-Western part of the map (point 13 on the map), there appears an enemy tank and it started going Northwards. This means that you should, as quickly as possible, take cover behind one of the buildings, neighboring the one that Brauer died in.

Dynamite is the easiest way to destroy the tank

In spite of the fact that you are dealing with the better model of a tank, than the one encountered in the previous missions, the tactics remains the same. Select dynamite from the inventory and throw it into one of the main roads. Find a good spot to take a shot (e.g. a rooftop, or a wall to hide behind), wait for the tank to approach and shoot at the dynamite, with the sniper rifle. The explosion should destroy the enemy vehicle.
